All Cart ("Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what data is processed by the All Cart dashboard and related Chrome extension, why it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights.

1. Personal Data We Collect

  • Sign-in data: Google account identifier, email, and profile name (for authentication)
  • Cart data: product title, price, currency, product URL, thumbnail URL, shop domain, saved time, and visibility setting
  • Operational logs: minimum information such as access time and error logs for reliable service operation

2. Purpose of Data Processing

  • User authentication and account identification
  • Providing personal cart viewing and management features
  • Providing aggregated analytics such as mall ranking and price-band statistics
  • Providing sharing features for items users choose to make public
  • Service quality improvement, incident response, and security monitoring

3. Retention and Deletion

Cart data is retained until the user deletes it or requests account deletion. Operational logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and incident response, then deleted. If retention is required by law, data may be stored separately for the required period.

4. Third-Party Processing and Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use the following providers to deliver the Service:

  • Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure
  • Google: OAuth sign-in authentication
  • Render (or equivalent cloud infrastructure): service hosting

Except where required by law, we do not provide personal data to third parties without user consent.

5. Your Rights

  • Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
  • Change item visibility (public/private)
  • Request account deletion and stop of data processing

6. Cross-Border Processing

Due to cloud infrastructure, personal data may be processed on servers outside your country. In such cases, we apply safeguards in accordance with applicable laws and contracts.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children requiring parental consent under applicable law. If such data is identified, it may be deleted without delay.
